Your life experience has gifted you with years of acquired wisdom and knowledge.

And you've turned the challenges you've faced into embodied wisdom.

But here's a secret that most people don't know; acquiring wisdom is just the first step.
Allowing yourself to be seen for it, is another thing altogether.

Isiah, Australia, Couples Therapist and Sexologist

Okay wow. Something major has opened up since starting to do visibility work.

In the last 24 hours, I’ve had an article accepted to Mamamia and they’ve asked to republish one of my blog posts.

I’m also going to be on Talking Lifestyle Radio, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane today AND was invited to be on TODAY EXTRA. Holy Moly.

Perhaps you've been trying to be more visible but you haven't really been seeing great results...

Perhaps you've struggled with consistency despite your best efforts to stay on top of everything.

Perhaps it feels really noisy online and you're wondering if you'll ever be able to cut through it?

Perhaps content marketing feels totally overwhelming and you're not sure how you'll ever have the time to show up in all. the. places?

Perhaps you're not at all interested in being (internet) famous but would love to have your work recognised by more people and... you've no idea how to manage that inner conflict.

Perhaps you've been applying all those 5 step marketing formulas and none of them seem to work for you?

Here's the thing about all those 5 step formulas...

Their success lies in the person they became as they were developing the system, not with the system itself.

Yes, there are strategic actions to take which will make you more visible in the world. But if you don't also do the inner work to clear out visibility fears and limitations, you'll never implement those strategies in a way that'll ensure your success.

Christey, Japan, Just Peoples

This has been game-changing for me. I’ve started taking action in my work to reach new audiences. I just didn’t realise it was necessary before.

I’m also feeling more confident in asserting my opinions in my personal life, like my voice matters more.

Felicity, Sydney, Australia, Chiropractor

My mind has been blown by this visibility work. My world has opened up. I’m shocked at how many great changes I’ve made to become more visible. I’ve started telling people about my work and speaking up more at home about the help I need.

I’ve loved the amazing work and the connections I’ve made to the other women in such a safe and supportive environment.

What's inside Women Speaking Up

Everything we teach inside Women Speaking Up (WSU) is designed to either:

  • clear a visibility block so you feel less self conscious about being visible,
  • heal a wound so you can become more grounded and consistent with your visibility efforts,

  • strengthen your powerful presence so you feel less anxious, angry or resentful about the things that aren't working in the world, and more empowered to change them, or
  • clarify your priorities so you can take inspired, strategic action and see far greater momentum in your business.

During the 12 months that you're enrolled with us, you'll have the chance to benefit from the following components within the WSU curriculum:

Digital programs

There are 12 self paced digital programs inside Women Speaking Up.

Six of the programs - the Power + Presence programs - support you in embodying the Feminine and becoming the woman you were born to be. That is; a woman that exerts a healthy level of influence and creates a positive impact on the planet.

Six of the programs - the Impact + Influence programs - support you in developing a visibility strategy and consistently implementing it with ease.

Taken together, the programs provide you with a roadmap for how to be more visible in a way that feels natural and enjoyable to you.

The programs are delivered via either audio or video lessons, transcripts, and workbooks.

Live group calls

We host a variety of different group coaching calls which you'll have access to:

Group coaching and mentoring calls to support you in personalising what you learn in the digital programs and feeling confident about incorporating the teachings into your business and life.

Visibility block clearing calls to uncover and clear out the inner blocks, heal old wounds, and release limiting beliefs that are stopping you from taking action and realising your goals.

Up-Level calls focus on helping you expand your energetic ceiling in three core areas of visibility: being seen, being heard, and being fully expressed.

Implementation calls support you in  identifying and clearing out any blocks that are stopping you from implementing your visibility strategy.

Support with implementation

In addition to the digital programs and live calls, you'll have access to 6 x peer to peer circle meeting where you can brainstorm, network, seek support, and explore partnership opportunities with your fellow students.

Every 2 months you'll also have the opportunity to participate in a week-long challenges focused on either increasing your power and presence, or creating more impact and influence in the world.

The challenges are delivered in a digital format with the live action happening all week long inside the WSU Campus.

Supportive community

As a Women Speaking Up (WSU) student you'll gain access to a private online space; the WSU Campus.

We pride ourselves on the safe, supportive, and inclusive community space we facilitate.

We consciously hold space for you to connect, collaborate, brainstorm, seek advice, and share your wins.

Inside the Campus you'll be supported by our Campus Support Team plus you'll have 24/7 access to a network of heart-centred, inspiring women from around the world (all of whom are focused on upping their visibility game and motivating each other around what is possible in this world).

In addition, WSU founder Samantha Nolan-Smith hosts fortnightly office hours throughout the year inside the Campus. Office hours are a further opportunity (in addition to the live calls) to ask questions and receive mentoring and personalised feedback on what you're learning, how to apply the lessons to your specific circumstances, and to clarify which tools to use to clear any visibility blocks that are arising as you're working through the content.

The Visibility Library

You'll also gain access to our personal development library. The Library contains over 25 personal development resources for: self reflection, visibility block clearing classes, talking tools, visibility fact sheets, and visibility short courses.

Each resource has been carefully chosen to support you in seeing the fears that might be holding you back, clearing them out, and becoming comfortable with stepping forward and boldly speaking up.

The visibility block clearing classes run between 60 and 120 minutes and take you through guided self inquiry and visualisations to release old wounding that's affecting your experience of visibility. The classes cover topics ranging from the 7 visibility blocks stopping you from growing your business, to overcoming doubt, and sharing your opinion.

The talking tools are short guided processes for clearing out a limiting belief, overcoming resistance, or gaining clarity or confidence. They cover topics like connecting with your community, and feeling safe to succeed.

The short courses are 7 day mini courses on specific topics affecting women's visibility. They cover topics such as women's wealth (and how our level of visibility affects it), and the invisibility of motherhood.

How is the curriculum delivered?

The curriculum is delivered inside our private membership site.

Every two months we cycle through one of our two core focus areas.

For two months you'll focus on becoming more of the powerful woman you were born to be (Power + Presence) and then for two months you'll focus on taking action (Impact + Influence). You'll then cycle back through those focus areas again. Over the course of a year, you'll have the opportunity to participate in this cycle 3 times.

This cyclical approach helps you to build enormous momentum in your business as you move between expanding your notion of what's possible in your business and life, and taking inspired action to make that possibility a reality.

It also allows you to feel more at ease and confident as you're working through the digital programs, knowing that you'll have the time and space to go back and re-visit any content you didn't have a chance to explore and/or weren't ready to implement the first time around.

And what about all those digital programs? What's inside them?

Why, I'm so glad you asked!

When you enrol in Women Speaking Up you get access to 12 (yes 12!) self paced digital programs grouped into two core focus areas:

1. Power + Presence and 2. Impact + Influence.

Each program is designed to be completed in approximately 4 weeks.

The Power + Presence programs include:

The Impact + Influence programs include:

Tomar, New York, USA, Soul Guidance for your Business

The live workshops go deep. Sam holds the energy in a powerful way and by introducing healing elements, deepens the experience. There’s time to explore and for many voices to be heard. I’ve found them very affecting.

As I take more visibility risks I notice very early emotional imprints/identities coming up and potentially sabotaging me. To see these early and be able to clear them has helped me enormously. I’ve started taking massive action in my business!

Libby, Sydney, Australia, Dating Coach

I didn’t really know what I needed when I signed up but I knew I was stuck.

I have had so many internal shifts since starting, I feel like I different person.

I’m much more confident to say what I think, and in a calm, gentle way. I have been standing up for myself in my personal life in a way I haven’t before.

I think this work is so important, not just for women starting businesses but for women more generally. Thank you thank you thank you!

As you participate in the WSU experience, you'll move through at least one of the four visibility rites of passage. Here's what they look like:

Who's behind all this visibility goodness?

Hello, I'm Samantha Nolan-Smith, the founder and CEO of The School of Visibility. It's lovely to meet you!

I'm an introverted, green tea drinking, book reading, mum of 2 young children.

I've been working online since 2008 when, after a career as an A-type personality in law and social justice, I became very sick with chronic fatigue and found I could no longer hold down a regular job.

It took me 4 years to recover from chronic fatigue. In that time I let go of sooo many unhealthy masculine habits and values, and developed an expertise in the way of the Feminine.

I've spent over a decade building an online business founded on the wisdom, practices and values of the Feminine and in finding ways to integrate that with a healthy expression of Masculine practices and values.

One of the things I love about the Feminine, is the value that's placed on creativity, ease, flow, and pleasure. One of the things I've found most challenging about working from the Feminine is the heavy layer of invisibility which has cloaked this way of being for centuries.

Having worked through that challenge for myself and with my students, I'm thrilled to be able to share what is now an embodied way of being for me, with women who are answering the call to transform people's lives and change the trajectory of life on this planet.

My academic and professional background, combined with my training in personal and spiritual development, inform the unique approach I've developed to overcoming visibility barriers. My approach is both pragmatic and esoteric, intuitive and strategic, and always focused on personalising the experience to the needs and desires of each individual.

Zoe, United Kingdom, B’Opera

Working on visibility issues has opened the floodgates for me, helping me to see so many blocks, while giving me tools to work with them and shift them, all in a supportive space.

I have faced some very deep seated fears. I have been able to shine a light on some dark spaces in my soul and psyche. I feel lighter and stronger as a result.

I am more effective in the world, better able to support myself and others by extension. I am less a prisoner of old events and stuff, so much freer.

I have more money in my bank account. I feel happier and more optimistic because I know I have tools that I can take into even the most challenging situations (especially the most challenging situations!)

Using them is creating change and shifts where I previously thought I was powerless

What makes Women Speaking Up so unique?

We facilitate deep and transformational healing and clearing. Have you ever had a coach make you aware of your internal fears and limitations and then left you to work out how to overcome those inner blocks on your own?

Frustrating isn't it? That's because not everyone offering personal development programs is actually qualified in personal development modalities.

Maybe they're read some personal development books or done a coaching course. Perhaps they draw on personal experience and have developed a general philosophy they wish to share with the world. And that's great.

But facilitating healing is a sacred skill.

And it's not a skill that most coaches possess.

I bring my professional training as a yoga teacher and my training in 5 other emotional and energetic healing modalities (2 at the mastery certification level) to the work we do in Women Speaking Up.

I also bring my decade long experience of working 1:1 with clients - facilitating healing and transformation - to the program.

It's this experience and expertise that has allowed for the creation of a safe and sacred space for facilitated healing and personal transformation.

This deeper personal transformation work means that the action you take to be more visible in your business and life is effective, soul directed, and reflects your highest and best self

We offer an integrated inner and outer experience. Instead of doing your personal development in one space and your business building in another place, we bring everything together under one roof. That way you don't have to buy a whole lot of additional programs to see the results you want to see. If you want to work on visibility issues and increase your reach and impact, we're your one stop shop.

We offer genuine value. The real world value of the program lies northward of $10,000. Here's why; you're not just getting a group coaching and mastermind space. You're also getting deep healing and personal transformation work, and you're learning to live and work differently, from the Feminine.

Normally you'd pay for these things separately and each would be in the 4 and 5 figure range.

The market value of each digital program alone - without any of the live support, implementation support, or the Visibility Library - sits between $500 and $1500.

Often you'll purchase a digital program for that amount and then be asked to pay that again to gain implementation support. We wrap all of that into one space because we believe in the values of inclusivity and accessibility. The world needs your voice and your wisdom, and we want to help you share it.

We give you space and time. At some point in my own experience of studying digital programs, I became very tired of the 6 or 8-week program delivery model. As a student, I felt like it put me under enormous pressure to cram as much learning as I possibly could into the time frame before I was left to implement on my own or was asked to pay an additional fee for implementation support.

Rather than replicating that model, WSU provides you with a visibility container lasting for 12 months. This provides you with the time time to soak up as much information as you wish and to come to embody the wisdom you're acquiring, in a more sustainable manner.

You have time to learn, experiment, clear and heal, integrate and embody, strategise and take inspired action without feeling like that all has to happen in a 6 or 8 week period.

Our Visibility Methodology is one of its kind in the world. The Visibility Methodology™ you experience inside WSU isn't just focused on changing your mindset. That's one layer of personal transformation and while it's important, it's insufficient if you're looking for long term sustainable change. We'll support you in working with the physical, emotional and energetic layers of your being.

We also don't just invite you to consider the blocks that may have been created in childhood. Again, these are important and there are other lenses through which to investigate these issues; societal, ancestral, and karmic.

The level of completeness we offer through our Visibility Methodology is made possible because of my expertise in both spiritual and personal development and my professional training in legal and social justice.

I have brought all of this experience to the creation of our Visibility Methodology and am thrilled to be able to offer such a comprehensive approach inside Women Speaking Up.

The level of completeness means you're not left wondering why you've done so much personal development work and still don't seem to be making any progress.

Ruth Bracke, Belgium, Leadership Coach and Mentor at Wise Women

The curriculum is very hands on, practical, pragmatic and I love that.

The live calls help me with integrating and putting into practice everything I’m learning in the digital courses. I’m so happy I joined the program.

Kara, Arizona, USA, Career Coach and Consultant

In just a couple of months I’m finally getting past the hump of trying to figure out “what am I doing for who?”

I’m taking a lot more action, posting on social media, have had more opportunities to be on podcasts and radio shows, and have been seeing more traffic to my business!

Samaria, USA, Sacred Soul Practice Psychotherapy & Coaching

When I felt more stuck than ever on my visibility journey no matter what I tried, I discovered this program and it changed so much for me.

Samantha is an amazing heart centred coach. She has created such a beautiful safe container for you to move through blocks around visibility and speaking up.

This is a gift you can give yourself that will change everything for the better.

Suzanne Frankenfeld, Germany, Spiritual Teacher, Speaker, Author

I feel so empowered after our time together.

The wise teachings of Samantha, her guidance, her methods, and the support of the group have been so unbelievably supportive to me.

If you want to expand your influence and reach a global community, you have to master online marketing.

But far too many teachers online are teaching you visibility tactics and strategies with no understanding of the inner work that needs to be done first.

You’ll waste enormous amounts of money and time if you start with visibility tactics before you’ve done the inner work.

Sure, you might get enthusiastic for a day or a week. You’ll start taking action but then, you’ll hit a wall. You won’t know it but you will have come up against the outer limits of your visibility comfort zone.

And pushing through that comfort zone is hard work.

You’ll find yourself stalled but unsure why. You’ll create unnecessary drama in your team or with one of your contractors, or you’ll get very busy working on a task which won’t move things forward in your business one little bit.

You’ll procrastinate and spend too much time on social media and then wonder why you’re not seeing progress in your business.

The thing is; your work is too important to get stalled in this way.

The world needs you. The people you’re here to serve, need you.

The sooner you do the inner work – and learn how to integrate that with strategic planning and implementation – the faster you can reach the people who will benefit from you work, and the sooner you can make the difference you were born to make in the world.

Wondering whether Women Speaking Up for you?

Here's some more information to help you make the decision that's right for you.

And here are some of our FAQs

A final note...

As a woman, femme, or non-binary person, you will have unconsciously internalised a whole lot of stories about your voice, about your entitlement to take up space, about how you ought to behave in the world to be deemed ‘acceptable’.

Plus there’ll be all the other intersecting pieces of your identity – your class, race, culture, physical and mental abilities, and sexuality – that inform how easy or difficult it is to put yourself out there time and time again, as is required if you want people to know about you.

And if your work is unique or unusual in some way, you’ll face additional visibility challenges. Unfortunately we don’t live in societies which encourage difference and diversity. We live in societies that impose conformity. Societies that say, ‘Stand out, but only a little bit. Don’t challenge us too much. Don’t disrupt the status quo.’

To overcome this conditioning it’s important that you surround yourself with people who are consciously unpacking all the limiting influences that would otherwise keep them quiet and invisible.

Breaking barriers

We’re the first generation of women to step out in large numbers and run our own businesses. We’re the first generation of people to build businesses online.

We’re the first generation of women who are building a global network and woman centred economies, where women are connecting with - and selling to - one other.

Integrating spirituality or personal development into business operations has never been contemplated before.

Working flexible hours.

Working from cafes or by the beach or the lake.

ALL of this is different.

None of this is business as usual. It’s revolutionary and it’s changing the very face of society.

It’s time for women to be visible. To use our voices. To influence positive change in the world.

Will you join us?

Imagine how many people's lives you could change for the better if you were far less self conscious - and far more consistent - with your visibility efforts.
