Everything we teach inside Women Speaking Up (WSU) is designed to either: 

• clear a visibility block so you feel less self conscious about being visible,

• heal a wound so you can become more grounded and consistent with your visibility efforts,

• strengthen your powerful presence so you feel less anxious, angry or resentful about the things that aren't working in the world, and more empowered to change them, or
• clarify your priorities so you can take inspired, strategic action and see far greater momentum in your business.

During the 12 months that you're enrolled with us, you'll have the chance to benefit from the following components within the WSU curriculum:

The curriculum is delivered inside our private membership site.

Every two months we cycle through one of our two core focus areas.

For two months you'll focus on becoming more of the powerful woman you were born to be (Power + Presence) and then for two months you'll focus on taking action (Impact + Influence). You'll then cycle back through those focus areas again. Over the course of a year, you'll have the opportunity to participate in this cycle 3 times.

This cyclical approach helps you to build enormous momentum in your business as you move between expanding your notion of what's possible in your business and life, and taking inspired action to make that possibility a reality. 

It also allows you to feel more at ease and confident as you're working through the digital programs, knowing that you'll have the time and space to go back and re-visit any content you didn't have a chance to explore and/or weren't ready to implement the first time around.

Who's behind all this visibility goodness?

Hello, I'm Samantha Nolan-Smith, the founder and CEO of The School of Visibility. It's lovely to meet you! 

I'm an introverted, green tea drinking, book reading, mum of 2 young children.

I've been working online since 2008 when, after a career as an A-type personality in law and social justice, I became very sick with chronic fatigue and found I could no longer hold down a regular job.

It took me 4 years to recover from chronic fatigue. In that time I let go of sooo many unhealthy masculine habits and values, and developed an expertise in the way of the Feminine.

I've spent over a decade building an online business founded on the wisdom, practices and values of the Feminine and in finding ways to integrate that with a healthy expression of Masculine practices and values. 

One of the things I love about the Feminine, is the value that's placed on creativity, ease, flow, and pleasure. One of the things I've found most challenging about working from the Feminine is the heavy layer of invisibility which has cloaked this way of being for centuries. 

Having worked through that challenge for myself and with my students, I'm thrilled to be able to share what is now an embodied way of being for me, with women who are answering the call to transform people's lives and change the trajectory of life on this planet. 

My academic and professional background, combined with my training in personal and spiritual development, inform the unique approach I've developed to overcoming visibility barriers. My approach is both pragmatic and esoteric, intuitive and strategic, and always focused on personalising the experience to the needs and desires of each individual.

We give you space and time. At some point in my own experience of studying digital programs, I became very tired of the 6 or 8-week program delivery model. As a student, I felt like it put me under enormous pressure to cram as much learning as I possibly could into the time frame before I was left to implement on my own or was asked to pay an additional fee for implementation support.

Rather than replicating that model, WSU provides you with a visibility container lasting for 12 months. This provides you with the time time to soak up as much information as you wish and to come to embody the wisdom you're acquiring, in a more sustainable manner.

Our Visibility Methodology is one of its kind in the world. The Visibility Methodology™ you experience inside WSU isn't just focused on changing your mindset. That's one layer of personal transformation and while it's important, it's insufficient if you're looking for long term sustainable change. We'll support you in working with the physical, emotional and energetic layers of your being. 

We also don't just invite you to consider the blocks that may have been created in childhood. Again, these are important and there are other lenses through which to investigate these issues; societal, ancestral, and karmic. 

The level of completeness means you're not left wondering why you've done so much personal development work and still don't seem to be making any progress.

A final note...

As a woman, femme, or non-binary person, you will have unconsciously internalised a whole lot of stories about your voice, about your entitlement to take up space, about how you ought to behave in the world to be deemed ‘acceptable’.

Plus there’ll be all the other intersecting pieces of your identity – your class, race, culture, physical and mental abilities, and sexuality – that inform how easy or difficult it is to put yourself out there time and time again, as is required if you want people to know about you.

And if your work is unique or unusual in some way, you’ll face additional visibility challenges. Unfortunately we don’t live in societies which encourage difference and diversity. We live in societies that impose conformity. Societies that say, ‘Stand out, but only a little bit. Don’t challenge us too much. Don’t disrupt the status quo.’

To overcome this conditioning it’s important that you surround yourself with people who are consciously unpacking all the limiting influences that would otherwise keep them quiet and invisible.

We’re the first generation of women who are building a global network and woman centred economies, where women are connecting with - and selling to - one other.

Integrating spirituality or personal development into business operations has never been contemplated before.
